Cancellation Policy

Because we ask for no prepayment to request a trip, there is nothing to lose by enquiring. You only pay once we have confirmed your booking. Here is how cancellation works after that.

Day tours

• More than 3 days before departure: free cancellation, full refund of anything paid.
• 1–3 days before: 50% refund.
• Same day or no-show: non-refundable.

Multi-day group tours

• More than 14 days before departure: free cancellation, full refund.
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before: non-refundable, though we will always try to move you to another date.

Private and custom trips

Terms depend on the hotels, flights and services booked for you and are set out clearly in your proposal before you pay anything.

If we cancel

If we ever cancel a departure (for example weather or safety), you choose: a full refund, or a free transfer to another date or trip.

How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or by email — we confirm every cancellation in writing. Refunds go back by the original payment method within 10 business days.

We recommend all travellers carry personal travel insurance that covers cancellation and medical costs.
