These Terms govern the use of the Traverse website and the booking of our tours.
Booking and confirmation
Submitting a request does not create a booking. A booking exists only once our team confirms availability and you accept. No prepayment is required to request a trip.
Prices
Prices are shown "from", per person, and can vary by date, group size and season. The price that applies is the one in your written booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for valid travel documents, any required entry conditions (including travel insurance where a country requires it), and your own travel insurance. Tell us of any medical conditions or dietary needs when you book.
Payments and cancellation
Payment is due only after we confirm your booking, by the method we agree. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation Policy.
Liability
We organise the services described and act with reasonable care. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (weather, strikes, road or border closures). Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. This does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without affecting mandatory protections you have where you live.
