Cancellation Policy

Because we ask for no prepayment to request a trip, there's nothing to lose by enquiring. You only pay once we've confirmed your booking. Here's how cancellation works after that.

Day tours - More than 3 days before departure: free cancellation, full refund of anything paid. - 1–3 days before: 50% refund. - Same day / no-show: non-refundable.

Multi-day group tours - More than 14 days before departure: free cancellation, full refund. - 7–14 days before: 50% refund. - Less than 7 days before: non-refundable, though we'll always try to move you to another date.

Private & custom trips Terms depend on the hotels, flights and services booked on your behalf and are set out clearly in your proposal before you pay anything.

If we cancel If we ever cancel a departure (for example, weather or safety), you choose: a full refund, or a free transfer to another date or trip.

How to cancel Message us on WhatsApp or email — we confirm every cancellation in writing. Refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days.

We recommend all travellers carry personal travel insurance covering trip cancellation and medical costs.
