These Terms govern the use of the Traverse website and the booking of our tours.
Booking & confirmation
Submitting a request does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms availability and you accept. No prepayment is required to request a trip.
Prices
Prices are shown "from" per person and may vary by date, group size and season. The confirmed price is the one stated in your booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for valid travel documents, any required visas, and travel insurance. Please tell us of any medical conditions or dietary needs when booking.
Liability
We act as an organiser of the services described. Our liability is limited as set out in these Terms and by applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
